Returns Policy
We offer exchanges and refunds on your purchase within 30 days, from the date of purchase to when the item is returned to us.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the swing tags still attached.
To complete your return or exchange, we require proof of purchase.
How to process your exchange or refund:
Step 1: Email info@pinadella.com.au with the order number and details of your exchange or refund to begin the process.
Step 2: Once we receive your email we will send you an exchange/refund form and authorisation number. Please fill in the exchange/refund form and mail this with your garment/s to Pinadella, PO Box 248 ENDEAVOUR HILLS VIC 3802.
Step 3: Once we receive your returned garment we will process your refund or supply an alternative size if required.
Note: Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only full priced items may be refunded under our applicable refund policy, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
